In 1993, Swiss engineers applied precision Swiss watch technology to create this exciting and unique window product.  This unique system allows tall sliding doors to move on stainless steel ball bearing mechanisms while featuring extremely minimal sightlines.  It became known as the Vitrocsa Invisible Wall System, famous for inventing the slim line system, which has seen several imitators.

Notable architects such as Richard Meier, Tadao Ando, Sir Norman Foster and Herzog & De Meuron, as well as several other Pritzker Prize winning architects now regularly use the Vitrocsa system for their fine projects.  More than 30,000 units or 1 million square feet of glazing in over 30 countries have been installed since 1993.

In 2014, Vitrocsa USA introduced PURE Windows, a more modular version of the Vitrocsa product, but engineered to the same high standards as the Vitrocsa system. Initially available as fixed and sliding units, it is distributed entirely via dealers, thereby providing customers more local representation. The PURE line is slightly more competitively priced due to its modular principle and the absence of any special features or highly engineered customization options. Custom sizes are of course standard.
